Steps to copy projects across Creatio Connect instances (Admin only feature)
Copy project is a Cloud Ops Admin feature. This feature is used to copy a project from one instance to another instance. Copy utility will copy Jobs, Global Scripts, and connections.
- Xrefs that are not built from a Creatio Connect job will need to be manually imported to the destination instance
- Variables must be manually created in the destination instance
While in Creatio Connect Admin Identify the source instance ID Example: 5242 | |
Identify the destination instance ID Example: 5320 | |
Go to the instance where the project exists | |
While in the source instance view of the Designer, Select the source project Select any job in the source project Select the Job Setting tab (view) Copy the Current Project ID from this view Example: 857f3ad9-6060-4000-b7f8-78711a7ee57d | |
Go back to the Admin portal and go to the Home tab. Enter in the project Id to copy Enter the old member id Enter the new member id | |
Select Copy Project | |
Project copy complete |
