Establishing a connection

In the API Token box, paste the API Token that has been provided to you in your Estated account. Find it under Property Data API -> API Keys. If you are just testing, you can use the Sandbox Key provided. You must then also select the "Use Sandbox" checkbox.


Searching Properties

You can search properties two ways:

Parse Fields:
  1. street_address='1867 Gatewood Dr' AND city='Montgomery' AND state='AL' AND zip_code='36106'
Combine Fields:
  1. combined_address='151 Battle Green Dr, Rochester, NY 14624'
